I am starting a blog with the intention of creating a
resource and a forum to support healing, wholeness, and mindfulness. I will share some thoughts and some
meditations, and also review books I find helpful and link to resources on the
internet. Hopefully those of you who
join in will share your thoughts and links to material on line that you have
found useful as well.
The first blogs will start with some basics, kindness to
self and the use of the breath. Later blogs
will cover a range of initial topics such as forms of mindfulness, how to
change habits of mind and habits in general, befriending emotions,
communication skills, healing the past, and other topics that have been
important to my personal journey and my work with others.
